If you forgot your password or are unable to sign in follow these steps.

Find Forgot Password Link

Go to the “Sign In” Page and click on the “Forgot Password” link below the password field.

Enter Email

Enter the email address associated with your account.

Reset Verification

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Click the ‘Rest Password’ link in the email and enter a new password. Make sure it’s strong and unique.

Save Password

Save your new password somewhere safe.
We recommend using a password manager like Bitwarden or the one included with your browser.

Sign In

Return to the sign-in page and log in with your new password.

Renting

There is an optional feature to enable or disable basic authentication using a toggle in the template details. Users should enable this feature if they want to protect access to a public-facing site in front of a web application service defined in the template. To learn more, read the basic authentication documentation.
If a service already has its own authentication mechanisms, enabling basic authentication is unnecessary and may cause conflicts.
